Our working final goal is creating value for customers depending on the technology and quality. All our products including signal process equipment and systems are designed by CAD. We can design, manufacture and debugging the whole systems including mechanical, instruments, MCC to satisfy the requirements of wastewater treatment.
Using TIG to weld stainless steel and MIG to weld the carbon steel for high quality. All the water treatment products with pressure will be checked by hydraulic pressure testing. Some may be detected by X ray to satisfy the technology requirements of products.
Carbon steel parts will be sand blasted Sa2.5 and epoxy painted (high pressure gasless painting). Dry film thickness of painting can exceed 300μm. Large scale drying room had been constructed to keep the all weather painting and ensure the painting quality. According to the customers’ requirement, it can be lined with rubber or FRP.
Service quantity and products quantity is equal important. The customers’ requirements are our working standards.
